Here’s the back story.
After practicing psychotherapy for 20+ years, I discovered coaching and I became certified as a coach a few years ago, specializing in wellness. I have since become an aromatherapist and Reiki Master. Along my journey I met quite a few fabulous people who were also into wellness and I noted one common denominator. Many attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I love what IIN teaches and the philosophy and mission they espouse. But since I was already a wellness coach and followed much of their tenets already, it didn’t make sense to enroll. Instead I joined the International Association for Health Coaches– IIN’s professional organization. Because my credentials and training were similar to IIN, I qualified.
And now I am bringing together the courses I teach in one certificate. The certificate combines wellness, nutrition, healthy lifestyle, nontoxic living, energy modalities and intuition so that students are equipped to practice their skills ethically and holistically.
I created this course because it includes my comprehensive approach. I have combined content from coaching courses I have taught for years at accredited coaching schools, my approach to intuition and energy work, how to include Reiki, essential oils and other complementary modalities, wellness strategies that encompass a working knowledge of major food lifestyles, my own 10-point Wellness Plan, and of course, business tips and marketing strategies.
